Frequently asked
What's a 'good' Shopify conversion rate?
Above 2% is healthy for most categories. Above 3% is excellent. Below 1% means you almost certainly have a product/audience fit problem masquerading as a CRO problem.
Why is AOV so much more important than CR for some stores?
Because AOV scales linearly with revenue but is much harder to move with paid acquisition alone. Bumping AOV from $60 → $90 is the same revenue lift as 50% more traffic, with no extra ad spend.
