FAQ
Where should I set a free-shipping threshold?
A common rule is 1.4 to 1.8× your current AOV, high enough that the added margin from a larger basket covers the shipping you absorb.
Why include pick and pack labor?
Because it scales per order, not per month. Leaving it out consistently understates fulfillment cost by two to four dollars an order.
Accuracy and limitations
- Results are estimates before tax, fees, and inflation unless an input explicitly covers them.
- Rates are treated as fixed for the whole period — variable-rate products will drift from this projection.
