FAQ

Are fees refundable if the case is denied?

Government filing fees are almost never refunded, even on denial or withdrawal. Premium processing is the rare exception when the agency misses its own deadline.

Can fees be waived?

Fee waivers exist for some benefit categories based on income, means-tested benefits, or financial hardship. Eligibility depends on the specific form.

Accuracy and limitations

  • Results are estimates before tax, fees, and inflation unless an input explicitly covers them.
  • Rates are treated as fixed for the whole period — variable-rate products will drift from this projection.
  • This is educational maths, not financial advice. Check anything contractual with the lender or your accountant.
