FAQ
Can I pay it off early?
Most association loan programs let individual owners prepay their share in full at closing or during the term, which removes the interest portion.
Does the assessment transfer if I sell?
Unpaid balances usually stay with the unit and appear on the estoppel certificate at closing, so buyers negotiate over who absorbs them.
Accuracy and limitations
- Results are estimates before tax, fees, and inflation unless an input explicitly covers them.
- Rates are treated as fixed for the whole period — variable-rate products will drift from this projection.
- This is educational maths, not financial advice. Check anything contractual with the lender or your accountant.
