FAQ
What is a good stops-per-hour number?
Dense residential parcel routes commonly run 10 to 18 stops per hour. Rural or appointment-based routes fall to 3 to 6, which changes cost per stop dramatically.
Should failed deliveries count as stops?
For cost, yes — they consume the same drive and dwell time. For revenue, usually no, which is why redelivery rates quietly destroy route margin.
