About this calculator

How does the brrrr strategy calculator work?
The whole point of BRRRR is recycling capital. If the refinance returns all of your cash, your cash-on-cash return is technically infinite — but only if the after-repair value holds up. The underlying maths is: Cash left = (Purchase + rehab + costs) − (ARV × LTV).
What do I need to enter?
