How RevenueLab builds trust
A working checklist of the editorial, methodology, and transparency practices we hold every page on RevenueLab to. We publish this so you — and the platforms that surface our content — can see how the site is built.
Content quality
- Every calculator page explains its formula in plain English
- Every calculator page shows a worked example with real numbers
- Every guide is 900–1,500+ words of original analysis, not aggregation
- Common mistakes section on every calculator page
- FAQ section answers real questions from the audience
- Internal links connect calculators to related guides
Methodology & transparency
- Site-wide methodology page explaining how formulas are built
- Sources cited when claims depend on platform docs or industry reports
- Last-updated dates visible on every guide
- AI disclosure published — covers where AI is and isn't used
- Editorial policy published — covers review, corrections, updates
Trust pages
- About page — who builds the site, why it exists
- Contact page — real reach-out paths for corrections and feedback
- Privacy policy — covers analytics, cookies, advertising
- Terms of use — covers limits of liability, educational scope
- Disclaimer — calculators are estimates, not advice
- Editorial policy & AI disclosure
Technical & UX
- Server-rendered content — text is in the HTML, not hidden behind scripts
- Unique title and meta description on every indexable page
- Canonical tags on leaf routes
- JSON-LD structured data on guides, FAQs, and calculators
- Sitemap.xml lists indexable pages; permutation pages are noindexed
- Robots.txt permits crawling of public pages, blocks internal/preview
- Mobile responsive across calculator, hub, and guide layouts
What we don't do
- • We don't publish hundreds of shallow AI-spun pages.
- • We don't hide content behind modals to game word counts.
- • We don't promise users they'll make a specific amount of money.
- • We don't fabricate author credentials.
- • We don't keyword-stuff to chase rankings.
