Dubai-based agencies — Augustus Media, Socialeyez, Boopin — handle most regional MENA brand spend. Dubai is the negotiation HQ for Saudi, Kuwaiti, Qatari, and Egyptian brand deals — even when the creator is elsewhere in the region.
What's structurally unique about United Arab Emirates
The UAE is the only large market where the creator's personal take-home rate is structurally 100% of pre-US-withholding revenue. Combined with the US–UAE 0% treaty rate via W-8BEN, this is the highest take-home ratio of any G20-adjacent market.
Tax regime — United Arab Emirates
0% personal income tax. 9% corporate tax above AED 375K profit (since June 2023), but only on UAE-source income — non-UAE-source income (most creator AdSense + brand deals) remains untaxed for individuals. VAT 5% on UAE-source services above AED 375K turnover. US–UAE treaty caps US withholding at 0% via W-8BEN. See /youtube-payout/united-arab-emirates.
