It also computes the cost impact of switching your default milk or adding an alt-milk upcharge. Shops that don't measure this assume milk is a rounding error, but a location doing 300 milk-based drinks a day with even 0.5oz of average waste per drink is dumping several gallons a week, and that waste compounds faster with oat milk given its higher per-ounce cost.
