This calculator computes the dollar value of unused licensed capacity at current tuition, and separately estimates the revenue available from expanding licensed capacity itself (adding square footage or reclassifying space) if you're considering a licensing amendment. It's a useful business case builder for a capital request: 'we are licensed for 110 but only using 85 seats' is a different pitch than 'we want to spend $40,000 to raise our license from 85 to 100,' and this tool quantifies both scenarios side by side.",
