It's the mirror image of ADR: while ADR tells you revenue per sold room, CPOR tells you cost per sold room, and the gap between them is your rooms department profit per room. This is the standard USALI rooms division efficiency metric GMs report monthly to ownership and compare against budget and prior-year benchmarks.",
